H & K are THRILLED to be launching their new and exciting parenting forum called ‘Health from the Inside Out’.

On Friday 10th May 2019, we will be officially launching our new parenting forum group which is a programme that will run over a 12-month period, divided into 6 inspiring and informative segments. This will consist of guest speakers from leading professionals who are experts in their field, providing advice and support covering all topics from pregnancy right the way through to teenage years.

In addition to this platform providing guidance, support and advice with an ‘alternative health approach’ outlook, it will also create the opportunity for like-minded parents and families to connect together and share their own parental experiences.
