Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully
1. When you make a booking with Hayley and Kelly (trading as Health from the Inside Out), you accept these booking conditions for yourself and those in your party if booking on another’s behalf. A contract will exist upon us accepting any money from you for your place/s and upon the receipt of your booking confirmation.
2. To confirm your place on a retreat full payment will be required. For some retreats, instalment plans will be offered and all payment dates and amounts will be stated on an invoice at the time of deposit.
3. For those retreats that we would accept instalment plans, please note that If payments are not received by all the instalment dates as laid out on individual invoices, we are within our rights to release the booking whilst keeping the deposit and any previous payments. It remains the guests responsibility to ensure punctual payments are made on the agreed dates.
4. Should we organise any retreat or seminar outside of the UK, retreat guests must obtain adequate holiday insurance. You need to be covered for the following: full medical expenses, personal baggage, personal accident, accident, loss or damage to property, cancellation or curtailment, personal liability, legal expenses and emergency.
7. Retreat cancellations must be made in writing to Hayley and/or Kelly by the person who made the booking. Any cancellations made 8 weeks prior to the retreat date, will be refunded the amount paid to date, minus any Stripe fees charged at the time of booking. Please note that this can only be possible if the place can be filled by another participant 12 weeks before the retreat start date at the latest.
8. Any cancellations made less than 8 weeks prior to the retreat date, 100% of the final balance will be chargeable in full.
9. As a rule, Hayley and Kelly (trading as Health from the Inside Out), does not offer discounts, refunds or credit for arriving late, leaving early or missing any of the activities/meals while on retreats or seminars.
10. Hayley and Kelly (trading as Health from the Inside Out), cannot accept responsibility for any cancellations or effect on your holiday due to war, threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions.
11. Hayley and Kelly (trading as Health from the Inside Out), cannot accept responsibility or take a financial loss for any last minute cancellations due to injury, loss of life, or any other emergency prior to the retreat. We would obviously not wish in any way to cause or add to any distress should any of these things occur.
12. Hayley and Kelly (trading as Health from the Inside Out), reserve the right to withdraw or modify at any time the arrangements advertised where necessary to do so. In the unlikely event of the accommodation advertised not being available, We will endeavour to provide suitable alternative accommodation.
13. Although we would endeavour to oversee all activities advertised for the retreats, however, please note that times and location are subject to change where weather or conditions cannot be avoided. For example, this could apply (but not limiting to)a firewalk if the weather conditions are forecast for heavy rain and/or windy conditions.
14. All reasonable and proper steps have been taken to ensure that the venues/accommodation and services are as advertised.
15. Hayley and Kelly (trading as Health from the Inside Out),will not be held responsible for the acts or omissions of those providing services over which we have no direct control such as drivers, therapists, guest speakers facilitators or staff under-taking work at the accommodation.
16. Hayley and Kelly (trading as Health from the Inside Out), cannot be held responsible if you suffer illness, personal injury or death as a result of misadventure during the period of your trip arising out of an activity that does not form part of the course provided.
17. Hayley and Kelly (trading as Health from the Inside Out) events are subject to a minimum number of bookings and we reserve the right to cancel. In this event all monies would be returned.
18. In the event of any problems arising during the retreat or seminar, we ask that you report it immediately and failing satisfactory resolution of the problem, a written report must be filed within 28 days of the final date on that specific retreat. No liability will be accepted for any complaint not reported at the time or initiated within the 28 day period.
