For many of us flying under the radar is comfortable and familiar. Whether that be hiding our opinions, going with other people’s ideas or even just keeping to ourselves entirely. Learning to step out of that place of quiet ease and share your experiences and expertise with others can be very daunting.

However, we want you to realise that you are worthy of taking up space! You offer the world an entirely fresh perspective and viewpoint. Your skills, passions and dreams are so unique and wonderfully powerful. Learning not to draw inward and to really open to others can be daunting, but it is such a profoundly beautiful lesson to have. You, in your entirety, deserve to be heard and appreciated for your journey.

It can be an arduous journey, but learning to be vocal and share your worth is so rewarding. Perhaps start by speaking up a bit more in office meetings, or the next time you are with a close friend discuss ways you wish to change and impact the world?

By taking small steps, everyday, you can begin to unravel learned habits and open yourself up to the world and it’s gifts.
